Introduction:
FBO One is fully compatible with any mobile device, including Android and iPhone iOS, using modern web browsers. The Movements and Handlings Planboard and Order screens dynamically adjust their size based on the device's screen size. The FBO One screens work seamlessly on touchscreen devices through a modern web browser, providing the same functionality as a desktop PC without the need for an additional app download.
See the below video showing in action how a mobile device can be used with FBO One:
In a typical FBO operation, efficient communication between the Operation and Ramp departments is essential for the progress of ramp services.
- Operations instruct Ramp Agents to perform ramp services, and the Ramp Agents communicate with Operations to provide updates on the progress or completion of the services.
- Since Ramp Agents don't have a dedicated screen on the ramp to register their work in FBO One, the Operation department handles the updates in the system.
The handling screen in FBO One allows agents to directly access an order, where they can add or update the status of services and handling.
Please note: Using the system on mobile devices may encounter issues due to IP Whitelist security. If you experience any difficulties, please refer to the "Get Access For Remote or Mobile Devices" section for further assistance.
