Encrypted API Key

The username and API key can be inserted via Menu > Administration > Application > Application Settings using the settings named::

• EncryptedFlightAwareAPIKey
• EncryptedFlightAwareAPIUsername

Enable Robots

These robots are found via the Menu > Administration > Application > Robots page

• • FlightAwareEnrouteRequestGenerator generates a data request for all inbound flights on a 15 mins interval.
  • FlightAwareResponseImporter retrives the responses from FlighAware at intervals on a 1 min interval.
  • FlightAwareScheduledRequestGenerator generate a date request for all outbound flights. This is disabled by default.

Activate the FBO Location

The Flight Aware link can be enabled on a per FBO location via the Menu > Administration > FBO Location setting "Is Flight Aware link enabled".

Additional settings

'FlightAwareRequestThreshold' (default 4:00 hours) is a setting available via the Menu > Administration > Application settings. The seting controls how far in the future the system sill look for flights e.g Flights arriving within the next 4 hours.
