Beta_RestrictCrewTypes

Beta setting to enable the function to restrict Crew types to FBO locations or FBO location groups.

This setting is temporary and will eventually be deleted.

Possible Values	Default	Outcome
TRUE		Setting is enabled. Crew types can be restricted for use by FBO location and FBO location group, hiding the crew types from selection when adding Crew/Pax in an Order.
FALSE		Setting is disabled. Crew types cannot be restricted.

Please note this setting is not available per FBO in the 'FBO Locations settings' page area.
