BulletinBoardMessages query

The BulletinBoardMessages query is used for showing all Bulletin board messages per FBO location based on the start and end dates of posted and updated messages.

Mandatory

Fbo location

Filters on FBO location. Single or multiple FBO locations can be selected.

Filters to show Bulletin board messages between the start and end date based upon either the Posted date or Last modified date.

Data provider settings

The following ‘Data provider settings’ can be set in Reports (Administration) for the query, if not specified the default applies. All settings must be separated by a semi-colon ';'.

By default messages, both with and without a Review date will show. When set to 'True' only messages that contain a Review date will be shown

IncludeExpired

By default, messages that have expired will be included

By default, messages that have been automatically generated through the merge of two contacts will be included

Indicates if the message applies to all FBO locations in an Administration

Displays the FBO locations in an Administration.

 

Applies to Fbo location group Id

The FBO location groups unique ID in GUID format. If the message applies to specific FBO location group only.

Message category type. Possible options are:

  • Calendar items: are visible in the calendar of the OPS Order Grid, OPS Browse- and FUEL screen

  • OPS Bulletin Board: are visible in the Bulletin Board of the OPS browse and FUEL screen

  • Plan board messages: are visible in the order grid of the OPS browse screen (if the column is added)

  • Regular messages: are visible in the left sidebar of the order screen

  • Finance messages: are visible in the finance Bulletin Board tab of the order screen
