Report tips:
When used in combination with the Role authorization query, you can get an overview of what each user is authorized to do in FBO One.
Using an Excel pivot table you can see if multiple roles have been assigned to a user.
Useful Pivot table examples:
-
'User name' or 'User display name' as Row labels as there are usually many users
-
‘Role code’ in the Column labels as there are usually just a few
-
'Is active' in the values
-
The user’s default FBO location or employee organization in the filter, using ‘User FBO location’ or ‘User organization’
