Card Type: American Express
Description: The tail number associated with the order is not in a standard expected format, such as N12345.

Card Type: AVCARD
Description: AVCARD has a maximum rate allowed per USG or liter. Attempting a transaction at a higher rate results in an error.

Card Type: Bank Cards
Description: The payment has been declined for an unspecified reason, but the payment processor is also returning a conflicting 'Approved' message. Treat this response as a decline. The payment attempt will show as aborted on the order.
