Description: Enable instant real-time updates within the Handling / Movements list of Orders (Plan board). See Real-time Updates.
Example: If a user on a different computer updates a Handling Order, there is no update delay to another user looking at the main Handling / Movements list of Orders (Plan board). (Only relevant to Handlings/Movements UI).
