Context: Scheduled report failed result.

Indication: Run result changed from 'Running...' to 'Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.<br>
Parameter name: index'

Cause: This error message may be relevant to multiple causes

1. As the system prepares to distribute the scheduled email report the validation process either fails or is interrupted. This process involves the validation of DNS records to decide if the email is sent via AWS SES or an alternative method.
   In this scenario, the DNS response is different to the system expectations and the results are deemed to be 'index out of range'.
   
   
2. Errors in the report settings such as incorrect configuration strings.
   
   
3. Errors in the report template such as incorrect formatting.

Resolution: Restart the report using the scheduled report 'start asap' button.
