If you have created and tested a workflow in one of your FBO One systems; for example your Test System; you can import it into your Live System by using the Download/Upload Workflow feature. Here's how...

Please Note:

• Copying workflows between systems does not map across other settings such as the product/service initial workflow step mapping. These settings will need to be done manually.
• Make sure you plan how your workflow will fit into the new system as there may be differences in configuration. 
• Workflows need to be migrated like for like. e.g. service workflow to service workflow.

In our example, we are going to copy a service workflow from one system to another. 

Steps:

1. First we identify the workflow and select 'download'

2. An .xml file will be downloaded to the default download location on your local machine.

3. Login to the recipient system and navigate to the relevant workflow screen. 

4. Select 'Choose file' in the Import section

5. Select the xml file in the default download location

6. The filename will appear; select Import.

7. If successful, the new workflow will appear immediately in the list.
