When 'true', the API Role Access settings screen will be available as shown below.

The API role access table imposes limitations on API access based on specific administrations or locations. An API 'user' needs to be included in the table to obtain access to an FBO administration or location. It is important to note that this restriction does not apply to normal users. This behavior differs from the standard FBO location access table, where users are granted access to all locations by default unless specific rows are added to restrict access.
