Introduction
COHOR (via SLOTIX) is an organization responsible for the coordination of airport slot across France.
Integration between COHOR and FBO One helps provide a more seemless experience for users when requesting, amending and cancelling slots.
This article will detail the end user experience only. The configuration of this functionality is outside of the article scope (see COHOR slots - initial setup and script).

How to submit an initial slot request
Upon creation of a new handling order, the auto-add feature is used to insert the following products:
- AP-SLOT (ARR)
This service is used to request/track the status of the arrival slot only. The minimum data requirements to submit this request are:- Aircraft Registration
- Aircraft Type
- Inbound flight type
- Scheduled date/time of arrival (STA)
- Flight origin
-
AP-SLOT (DEP)
This service is used to request/track the status of the departure slot only. The minimum data requirements to submit this request are:- Aircraft Registration
- Aircraft Type
- Outbound flight type
- Scheduled date/time of departure (STD)
- Flight destination
The initial slot request is initiated via the 'Request Slot' workflow transition button
Upon initiation, the following service transition will be displayed in order for the user to either select a slot or review slot availability. In the event a slot time corresponding to STA/STD is available the system will automatically select the slot. In other scenarios the user is left to select the most relevant slot.
Select and 'Confirm' the selection.
Upon completion of the slot request the:
- Slot date/time will be automatically added to the corresponding 'Airport slot' field.
- Flight sector date/times will be highlighted red and be followed with the letter 'P' indicating the displayed times are slot times and no longer the STA/STD.
- Slot date/time will be automatically added to the corresponding AP-SLOT service.
- PPR numbers will be automatically added to the corresponding AP-SLOT service.
How to amend an existing slot
- Modify the flight schedule so that the STA/STD reflects the customer updated request. Modifications to the Airport Slot field is not permitted and should be actioned via the slot products.
- Use the AP-SLOT service 'Change slot' workflow transition to trigger an update.
- The revised STA/STD will be displayed and used to pre-filter the slot availability. Select the slot and confirm the changes. This action will trigger the cancellation of the previously held slot whilst also requesting a new slot.
How to cancel a slot
Slot cancellations may only be actioned via the AP-SLOT service 'Cancel slot' workflow transition
In the event of cancellation the slot information will be displayed to the user, along with a user prompt to set the service quantity to 0 or remain the current value.
Important to note: An order can not be cancelled without first cancelling any airport slots.
Slot rejection codes
The rejection codes are generated by COHOR and may be subject to change. Check the relevant COHOR airport page to keep updated e.g Paris - Le Bourget Airport (LBG/LFPB) - Cohor
