Introduction:
The AirNav-Radar Box link provides real time updates to flight schedules whenever the flight is tracked in the AirNav system.
Updates are visible on both the planboard and order flight sector screen.
Inbound flights
FBO One will link the flight to AirNav within a minute after creation and it will continue to check for updates every 5 minutes until actual arrival. It will return the following data (when available):
- Origin
- Estimated time of Arrival (marked with E in FBO One on the plan board when set)
- Actual time of Arrival (marked with T in FBO One on the plan board when set)
Outbound flights
FBO One will link the flight to AirNav within a minute after creation and it will continue to check for updates every 5 minutes until actual departure. It will return the following data (when available):
- Destination
- Actual time of departure (marked with T in FBO One on the plan board when set)
- Estimated time of arrival at destination
- Estimated time of Departure is currently not received
Good to know
- The ATA and ATD will be automatically set when received (users must nevertheless still make this actual during their usual Arrival/Departure process in FBO One)
- All flight sector changes made by this integration can be seen in the third party audit log.
- A Flight must have either a Registration or Flight Number in order to be tracked
- Any Aircraft that has been "Blocked", will not receive tracking from AirNav
- If a user arrives/departs a flight (or marks as "Is Actual) in FBO One at a given time, and the AirNav ATA/ATD is received afterwards, FBO One will maintain the user entry and this will not be overridden by the AirNav data
- If a flight is re-routed, updates will be received for a period of time and will eventually stop. The integration will not cancel the flight in FBO One and users must take the necessary action.
- The link is available for all flights, but will only check for updates on the day of operation of a flight (and +1 day)
