Description:

When used in conjuncture with the 'MovementCountConflictAmount' setting the system will generate order warnings designed to notify end users of aircraft movement congestion.

For example, in the event only 1 aircraft movement may take place within any 15-minute period. The MovementCountConflictAmount would be set to 1 and the MovementCountConflictMinuteThreshold set to 15.
