To add/edit/or remove a cost center:
- Use the menu to navigate to the 'Cost Centers' page.
- Select 'add new', or 'edit' for the cost center you wish to change.
- Enter the details for the cost center. Refer to the field descriptions below for reference.
- Click save to apply the changes.
Field Descriptions:
Administration
Lets you select the appropriate accounting system. If left blank, the cost center is available to all administrations.
FBO location
This field selects the FBO location that the cost center is created for. If left blank, the cost center is available to all locations.
Cost center number
The identification code of the cost center.
Description
The description of the cost center, will show in brackets when selecting a cost center.
