The 'Admin Invoices' page provides the functionality to search for invoices by their respective numbers to facilitate administrative modifications to specific invoice details as shown in the details below.
Important Note: This screen is not intended for regular invoice maintenance or workflow purposes.

Invoices can be searched one at a time to perform the following actions:
- Regenerate (delete) stored PDF: This will delete the Invoice PDF report and regenerate it to include the up-to-date information, this can include report text changes/debtor address changes.
- Log: Clicking on this link will show a chronological record of the modifications and occurrences related to the invoice from its creation.
- Edit: Opens up a list of fields that can be changed before 'save'.

- Administration: Changing this will change the invoice to a different back office.
- Number: Change the invoice number.
- Date: Change the date created invoice date.
- Form of payment: Change the form of payment on the invoice.
- Debtor: Change the debtor of the invoice.
- Status: Change the workflow state of the invoice.
- JsonBlobId: This should not be changed.
- InternalRemarks: Add or change an internal remark for the invoice - this can be done through workflow.
- Amount due: Change the invoice amount due.
- Amount due date: Change the invoice amount due date
- Amount due in booked currency: Change the invoice amount due in the booked currency
- Grand total: Change the invoice grand total.
- Grand total in booked currency: Change the invoice grand total in booked currency
- Invoice number prefix code: Change the invoice number prefix code.
- Invoice created date UTC: Change the invoice created date.
Any modifications made to an invoice must adhere to local regulations and should align with the accounting practices of the company.
