Introduction
IP whitelists are used to restrict system access to anyone attempting to access the system from an unknown IP address.
How can I check my authorised IP addresses?
The IP Whitelist can be found via the Administration page 'IP Whitelist'
Note: The IP Whitelist is only enforced when the application setting IPWhiteListEnabled is set to true.
How can I approve additional IP addresses?
Authorised user are able to create new rules via the 'Add new' button.
How can I remove an IP address?
As the IP whitelist is referenced in various security audit reports you will not be able to delete an IP Address from the list. The sole exception for this is in the event that the IP Address has never been used to access the system.
Instead of deleting the IP address you would set the rule to InActive.
