To restrict access to the FBO One system we can use a fixed list of IP addresses that are allowed to access the system. This is the 'IP Whitelist'.

The IP Whitelist can be found in the menu search under Administration IP Whitelist

The IP Whitelist is only active if the IPWhiteListEnabled is set to true

The FBO IT department will be able to provide the list of fixed IP Addresses to for the office locations that can be added through the 'Add new' button.
