Description:
The mail back up feature can be used to send copies of FBO One default reports to an email address for the purpose of a paper based back up system.
This may be useful in the case of connection outages such as issues with internet connections.
How can I benefit from this functionality?
- Set the recipient email address via the Menu > Administration > Application setting or FBO Location setting named 'BackupDocumentsEmailAddress'.
The system expectation for this setting is either:-

- No value in which case the email will not be sent regardless of the robot settings.
- Email addresses separated by semicolons (;) or comma (,)
e.g email1@test.com;email2@test.com;email3@test.com

- Activate the 'MailBackUp' robot via the Menu > Administration > Robots page
The frequency of the mailing can be changed via the Execution interval in minutes which has a default setting of every 240 minutes (4hrs)
