Adding icons and colour to the report
-
Navigate to the Reports (Administration) page and edit an existing report.
-
In the ‘Icon' field choose available icons, if not found then the icon will need to be added see here. In the 'Icon color' add a standard color name, or use hexadecimal colors (https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_hexadecimal.asp)
-
The report will now show the icon and color in the Order reports menu, in this instance to change the ‘Expanded receipt’ icon/color see ExpandedReceiptIconAndColor.
Adding icons and colour to Order reports by FBO Location
If for example, there are multiple FBO locations sharing the same report, but each location would like their own icon/color, then the reports can be overridden on each Order report on a per location basis. It may also be easier to manage the custom Order reports icon/color here instead of the Reports admin page.
Navigate to Order reports (Administration) and add to the Icon and Icon Color
