Please try any changes in your Test System before implementing them in the Live system to avoid disruption to service.
The footer for each of these documents is a configurable setting in FBO One 'Report Settings' page which allows for a simple global update should the details change.
The footer is most commonly used for contact information or possibly a reference to your website or the location of your online terms and conditions.
The table below refers to the default FBO One setting. Always confirm the current value of the setting matches the document output. Use your Test system to confirm your change has the expected output.

Changing the Footer
- In your Test System, navigate to 'Report Settings'
- Search 'footer
- Important Note: All of the labels set between the tilde "~" are values defined in the Application Settings or FBO Location settings. How to Add or Change the Contact Information for an FBO Location
- In this case, we can 'Edit' the website text in the selected '....Footer' to update it.
- Click save
- Review the change by viewing the Receipt, Invoice, Handling Confirmation, or SupplyOrder.
- Once you have confirmed the change gives the desired output, apply the same change in the Live System.
- Review the change again in your Live System.
