Occasionally a credit card transaction through the online gateway will be blocked by an error message. The below error message is generated directly from the processor.

Error Text: Business Rules Error 1020 Sale transaction requires all line item quantity/price values to be positive

Card Type: Fuel Cards

Details: The processor will not accept a line item with a zero price. With proper configuration, FBO One does not send zero price line items to the processor.

Resolution: Please contact the support team with the order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
