Occasionally a credit card transaction through the online gateway will be blocked by an error message. The below error message is generated directly from the processor.
Error Text: Business Rules Error 1503 Tokenized Card Data not available
Card Type: Any
Details: A "token" is created to pass saved card details securely back and forth through the card processing gateway. This error message indicates there is an issue with the original token.
Resolution: Try taking the payment again by submitting new card data instead of using the previously saved card on file.
If the above doesn't work, go into the customer or aircraft record and use the 'Cards On File' tab to newly save the card via the AHT payment gateway link. Then it should be available for use on the order.
