Credit card payments can be processed online in FBO One via a gateway connected to the card processor. It is possible to void an online card payment the same day the payment is taken. In cases where the order total has changed since a card payment was taken, FBO One will automatically prompt users to Re-Pay the order.
Re-Pay Order
At times it is necessary to Re-Pay an order that was paid by credit card earlier in the day. Typical reasons for this include:
- Additional services added after a payment has been processed
- A pricing adjustment to services after a payment has been processed
1. A prompt to Re-pay the order is shown.
2. Select the card previously used to Re-Pay the order.
3. Note that the new total for the order is shown. Process the payment.
4. The warning message is just a reminder that the previous payment will be automatically voided before processing the new payment.
5. Click OK after payment is successfully authorized.
6. On the order payment lines the original payment is now shown as Voided and the new Re-payment line results in zero amount due.
