In FBO One, there is the option to request read receipts for various types of outgoing emails, such as supply orders, movement messages, new contacts, and new registrations. Note that this does not guarantee a read response as not all email clients or services support read receipts, and recipients may choose to disable this functionality.
- To enable read receipts, an email address can be entered into the 'DispositionNotificationAddress' setting within the Administration > Application > Application Settings.
- For FBO's with multiple locations, this setting may need to be configured per location through the Administration > FBO Locations > Settings.
- It's important to mention that if the 'DispositionNotificationAddress' setting is left blank, read receipts will not be requested for the outgoing emails.
