FBO One can automatically generate email messages, for events like aircraft arrival and departure. Below is a list of automatically generated emails and; where available; links to a description of each of those messages and how to customize them.

• Handling confirmation e-mail - Confirms acceptance of the requested handling. Includes details of the arrival and departure and confirms services to be provided.

• Movement message e-mails - Notification emails send for arrivals and departures

• New contact e-mail - Sent when a new contact is created.

• Open orders backup e-mail - Sent periodically as a manual fallback should digital systems fail.

• Workflow transition emails - Automatically send an email when a new order has been created or when the current workflow state an order changes due to a state transition

• E-mail read receipts - Request a read receipt for sent emails
