Email Templates:

• Email templates can be found and edited in either the 'Email Message Settings' or 'FBO Locations' screens.

• If a setting is added to an FBO Location, it will override the Application 'Email Message Setting' for that FBO location.

Email Message Settings

Add an FBO setting (e.g ArrivalNotificationEmail)

1. Select the FBO Location and search to see if the setting already exists. If not, select 'add new'.

   

2. Use the drop down to select the setting you wish to add. Note: The dropdown will filter on text entry to narrow the results.

3. Enter the message content in the value field and 'save'. This may be based on the parameters defined in the 'email message settings' or selected from the many template variables available.
