FBO Location groups can be used to vary handling categories and create price agreements for a group of FBO Locations.

To view the list of FBO Location Groups and assigned locations for each group

1. From the 'FBO Location Groups' screen 'Select' the group you wish to see details for.

2. The list of assigned locations for the selected group will be displayed

   

Create a new FBO Location Group

1. Select 'Add new' button below the list of groups.

2. Type a new group name.

3. Select 'save'.

   

    

Add locations to an FBO Location Group

1. 'Select' the Group you wish to add or edit locations

2. Under the section 'FBO Locations assigned to the group above' use the 'Add New' button

3. Add the relevant FBO Locations from the dropdown list.

4. Select 'save'.

   

    

Delete an FBO Location from a FBO Location Group

WARNING: Deleting a location from within a group may affect handling categories or price agreements assigned to it through the group. This task should only be completed by a qualified system administrator.

1. Check the box in line with the FBO Location(s) that you wish to remove.

2. Check the ‘Confirm Delete’ box

3. Select Delete. The location will be removed from the group.

   

    

Delete an FBO Group

WARNING: Deleting a group may affect handling categories or price agreements associated with it. This task should only be completed by a qualified system administrator.

1. Check the box in line with the FBO Location Group(s) that you wish to remove.

2. Check the ‘Confirm Delete’ box

3. Select Delete. The group and its assignments will be deleted.
