Introduction:

If you have multiple FBO Locations, you can utilize the 'Access FBO Location' screen to manage user access to Orders for each location. This feature allows you to control access by granting or restricting permissions. There are three levels of access: block access, read-only access, and full access.

Settings Defined:

Important to note: If no roles have been granted access to a specific location, all users will have full access to the orders of that location. However, once a role has been assigned to a location, only users within that role will have access to the orders, and all other users will be unable to view any orders associated with that location.

• No access roles defined for an FBO Location - All Users will be able to read and edit Orders
• Is read-only checked (Yes) - User role will be able to read but not edit Orders
• Is read-only unchecked (No) - User role will have access to read and edit for that location.

Edit or Add Access:

It is recommended to review and map out the roles and levels of access you wish to provide before configuring access. This will reduce the chance of Users being prevented from viewing or editing Orders.

Note: Each FBO Location and Role pairing is unique and a new setting is required for each. e.g If there are 2 roles for read-only Order access and 3 for Order editing for an FBO Location, there will be 5 unique settings.

To Delete Access:

• Check the box for the FBO Location and Role pairing you wish to delete. 
• Check the 'confirm delete' box
• Select 'Delete
• Confirm that User Role no longer has access to Orders at the FBO Location

To Edit the Access Level:

• Select 'edit' for the FBO Location and Role pairing you wish to change
• Check or uncheck the 'Is read-only' box to enable or disable Order editing for that FBO Location.

To Add New Access Settings:

• Select the 'Add new'
• Choose the FBO Location from the dropdown list
• Choose the role
• Check or uncheck the 'Is read-only' box to enable or disable Order editing for that FBO Location.
