Each price agreement contains filters used to define how and when it is applicable, along with the price (or percentage). Below are some examples of standard price agreements:
Example 1
The below list shows the agreements for the organization Netjets. If the custom value ‘AP-FEE DIRECT | Direct Bill’ is present in the order, then ‘GPU’ is charged at ‘0.00’ for Netjets.
Other criteria may also be defined through the use of one or more filters.
Example 2
This example shows the standard rates for the ‘Landing Fee’ based on the MTOW of an aircraft.
By automatic sorting of most applicable, it allows for MTOW band pricing:
Example 3
The below example shows the ‘Handling Surcharge’ percentages applied to all orders. If an arrival or departure is within the time period defined in the peak list, the applicable agreement applies. (Peak category values are defined in Peak Lists)
Example 4
The below example shows the child product ‘Handling Discount’ applying to debtor ‘AmSoft’ a 100% deduction. This shows on the invoice as a minus figure, using the ‘Handling’ product as a price reference for the discount.
The agreement has a ‘Valid from’ date that will begin from 01-Jan-2019, any orders before this date will not have the agreement applied.
