Price agreement details on the invoice can be shown or hidden for all by default or individually per price agreement. The setting ShowPriceAgreementDetailsOnInvoice applies to all price agreements but there may be scenarios where only individual price agreement details should be shown or hidden.

Instructions

• Navigate to the price agreement to show or hide and click ‘Edit’:

• Scroll to the bottom of the price agreement and find ‘Show price details on invoice’

The following options are given

1. Default - The default setting for all price agreements, the ShowPriceAgreementDetailsOnInvoice setting is applied.

2. Yes - Overrides the ShowPriceAgreementDetailsOnInvoice to always show the price agreement details on the invoice.

3. No - Overrides the ShowPriceAgreementDetailsOnInvoice to always hide the price agreement details on the invoice.
