Debtor Price Agreements

Each debtor may have a list of applicable price agreements within its organisation page. To access, search for the organisation name in the main search and choose the ‘Price agreements’ tab.

Agreements may be added or edited within this page, the debtor filter will be pre-filled.

Note: This should be the preferred method of adding/editing price agreements for individual customers.

Product Price Agreements

Each product may have a list of applicable price agreements within its product page. To access, search for the product name in the main search and choose the ‘Price agreements’ tab.

Administration Price Agreements

The administration page for price agreements shows an overview of all agreements in FBO One and the FBO locations, including products, debtors and registrations. A location filter exists for showing per location agreements.

All expired agreements are hidden by default, to show expired agreements tick the checkbox ‘Show expired price agreements’.

Note: This area is not meant for normal maintenance of customer price agreements, it is better to navigate to the customer or product page to add/edit agreements.

Back Office Price Agreements

Found in the Back office page in the ‘Price agreements’ tab, this area allows for an overview of all price agreements with additional filters for searching for agreements.

Note: This area is used for searching for agreements using filters only. Adding and editing agreements cannot be done in the back office page.
