Introduction:

Custom values are by default not shown in the Ops Planboard filter and must be enabled to show. This short article show you how to choose Custom Values that can be used to filter Orders in the OPS Planboard.

• Navigate to the Custom values (Administration) admin page

  

   

  1. Click ‘Edit’ on an existing Custom Property.

  2. Check the ‘Is visible in planboard filter’ to show the custom values in the filter.

  3. Click ‘Save’.

     

      

The custom values will now appear in the searchable filter and can be chosen to filter Orders.
