It's possible that you may end up with planboard handlings that are obsolete or no longer valid. For example, a handling was requested or confirmed but the flight never took place, no services were provided, and the handling cancellation got missed.
You can follow these steps to remove the handling:
- Select the Order
- Delete all services/charges that have been applied.
- This avoids a pending payment once the order is canceled.
- The exception will be if you have a cancellation charge or wish to cover services already provisioned. Process this charge before continuing.
- Select the workflow state and then 'Cancel'
- In the cancel handling transition screen, you have the option to uncheck the sending of the cancellation confirmation message.
- Select 'OK'
- The Order is canceled and removed from the planboard.
