The ability to duplicate a previous order is useful for Orders from customers who often make small changes. This is especially handy for those who regularly use the same aircraft, choose the same flight segments, and prefer consistent services.

Prerequisites:

• EnableCopyOrderScreen application setting is set to 'True'
• The function is only available in Handlings Order Layout. i.e not available in classic OPS. 

How To

1. Open the Order you wish to copy.
2. Select the copy order icon. 
   • There are two options.
     1. Copy this Order and related Orders
     2. Copy this Order only
   • 
   •  
3. Edit the Order details as required
   • The edit order screen opens with the original Order details to be copied to the new Order. Update the details relevant to the new Order before selecting 'OK'.
   • Note: Make sure to remove or update details that should not be duplicated e.g Debtors Order number.
   • 
4. Select OK to make a copy with your adjustments
   • After processing, the new Order will be displaved.
   • Order and Service workflows will return to the starting workflow state.
5. Add/remove/Edit services applicable to the new handling request.
