Introduction:

FBO One offers a valuable feature for aviation service providers. It allows for the adjustment of service prices based on the total fuel sold per handling, encompassing primary and related orders.
These adjustments can be either fixed or percentage-based increases or discounts.

Note: This functionality is exclusively available to locations utilising the FBO One fuel module. For further details, consult the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) documentation.

The 'template variable name' used in the below examples is for demonstration purposes only and will not reflect the SKU name at your location. 

What are the common use cases?

1. Waive a handling/ramp fee if fuel is uplifted.
2. Waive part of of a handling/ramp fee based on total volume uplifted.
3. Charge a 'Low volume' fee based on total volume uplifted.

Scenario 1. Waive a handling/ramp fee if fuel is uplifted

In order for the FBO to waiver 100% of handling fees whenever fuel is uplifted they are required to set two price agreements on their Handling Fee product.

• 100% if SoldFuelVolumeInAllRelatedOrders-JET A1 - XXX is below '1'
• 0% if SoldFuelVolumeInAllRelatedOrders-JET A1 - XXX is below '1000000'

Scenario 2. Waive part of of a handling/ramp fee based on total volume uplifted.

In order for the FBO to waiver handling fees based on tiered fuel uplifts they are required to set a price agreement for each tier.

• 0-200 liters uplifted - no discount applied.
  0% if SoldFuelVolumeInAllRelatedOrders-JET A1 - XXX is below '200'.
• 200-500 liters uplifted - apply 15% discount.
  15% if SoldFuelVolumeInAllRelatedOrders-JET A1 - XXX is below '500'
• 500-1,000 liters uplifted - apply 50% discount.
  50% if SoldFuelVolumeInAllRelatedOrders-JET A1 - XXX is below '1,000'
• Otherwise 100% discount.

Scenario 3. Charge a 'Low volume' fee based on total volume uplifted.

In order for the FBO to apply a fixed fee e.g $50 to the Low volume product whenever the fuel uplift quantity is below 20 USG they are required to set two price agreements on their Low volume product.

• $50.00 if SoldFuelVolumeInAllRelatedOrders-JET A1 - XXX is below '20'
• Otherwise $0.00
