Information:

By default, tasks 'to do' and 'done' are represented by check-marks in either red (to do) or green (done) as shown below.
-
The number of tasks/services is represented by a number to the top right of the icon. Hovering over each will display the list of services
OPS Product Category Icons:
Various icons may be assigned to key services in order for Ops/Ramp staff to see at a glance which services are done/to do.
This can be set up via Administration > OPS Screen > OPS Product Category Icons.
Some icons may already be listed under the 'Icons' section.
Additional icons can be found by accessing the following page 'Extra Material Design Icons':
Adding Icons:
In order to add a new icon to FBO One, first locate the icon from the 'Extra Material Design Icons' page. Here is an article on Frequently used Ops category icons.
In the below example, the rubbish bin is going to be set up as the icon for the 'waste removal' product.
This icon, as per the ''Extra Material Design Icons' page, is called 'mdi-trash-can'. This same name must be used in the 'FontLigature' field when adding it to FBO One, preceded by 'mdi' and a space.
-
To add the icon, under the 'Icons' section use the 'Add new' button.
-
Add a description for the icon, in this example 'waste removal',
-
Then add the font ligature (icon name as per 'Extra Material Design Icons'). The mdi + space must precede it as follows. "mdi mdi-trash-can".
-
Select 'Save'
Note: If the icon name as shown on 'Material Design', has more than one word, each word must be separated by an underscore ( _ ) e.g. "delete_forever"
-
Use the 'Add new' button and search by 'description' (above) for the icon,
-
Then add a name, sort index (to define where it shows on the list of icons), and 'Save'.
Next, click on the 'Setup your products with OPS categories'.
Users will be taken to the 'Set Product Ops Categories' screen in which all products are listed.
-
Locate the product to which an icon should be assigned and click on it.
-
A pop-up containing all available icons will be shown.
-
Select the appropriate icon to assign it.
Now, when this product is shown is 'To do' or 'Done' it will show in the relevant column.
Setting icons to the most frequently used products, allows users to see at a glance, what has been done and what still needs to be done:
Un-assigning an Icon
-
To un-assign an icon from a product, scroll to the bottom of the icons menu and click 'Unassigned'.
-
This will remove the existing icon from the product.
-
Alternatively, select a different icon from the list to simply change the icon
Additional Features
Workflow State Transition Icons
-
The above mentioned icons, once setup, may also be linked to Service State transitions within the Administration > Workflows configuration (applicable to both Order workflows and Service Workflows).
-
In this example, a Service Workflow has been setup to show an icon for both 'Undo Completed' and 'Cancel Service':
The relevant icons should be inserted into the 'Workflow state transition' > 'Icon' field.
Order Related Custom Value Icons & Colours

Icons and different colours may also be added to Custom Values in Order to better catch the attention of Users.

In the below example, the SkyPets icon has been added to signify a SkyPets flight:
The colour and icon were inserted via Admin > Custom Values:
Note: HTML Colour codes can be selected from any HTML colour chart
Animating / Re-sizing Icons
