To set up the FlightBridge link and enable integration with FBO One, please follow the steps outlined below:
-
Auto-creation of Handling Requests in FBO One:
a. Contact the FBO One Support team to initiate the setup process.
b. The FBO One Support team will work with the FBO Contact to enable and sign up for Comms One. Please refer to the Comms One page for detailed instructions. During this step, the FBO One Support Team will execute Step 1 of the sign-up process with the assistance of the FBO.
c. Continue with Steps 2 and 3 from the Comms One setup process as provided by the FBO One Support team.
d. Once the setup is complete, the link between FlightBridge and FBO One will be enabled. To ensure that FBO One is properly receiving Handling Requests from FlightBridge, a test Order will be processed. You can find detailed information on how FlightBridge Orders are created and managed within FBO One in the Flight Bridge Link documentation.

Ordering 3rd Party Services via FlightBridge using FBO One:
a. The FBO One Support team will email both the FBO Contact and FlightBridge to initiate the setup process.
b. FlightBridge will send a document to the FBO for completion. This document will request details of 3rd Party suppliers such as Hotels, Caterers, Rental Cars, and Limousine Services. Complete the document and return it to the FlightBridge contact email, with FBO One support copied for information purposes.
c. FlightBridge will work with the listed suppliers in the FBO's document to set up the necessary arrangements.
Here is a general timeline for setting up new customer suppliers in FlightBridge:
- Week 1: Catering and Ground Transportation Setup
- Week 2: Rental Car Setup
- Week 3/4: Hotels & Discounted Rates Setup
FlightBridge classifies suppliers as either 'Direct-Connect' or 'Non-Direct Connect':
- 'Direct-Connect' suppliers allow for immediate confirmation of 3rd party services. For example, certain hotels and rental car providers are 'direct-connect' with FlightBridge, enabling reservations to be confirmed during the booking process. Orders will appear as Confirmed, and a reservation number will be provided immediately.
- 'Non-Direct Connect' suppliers receive 3rd party service requests via email from FlightBridge. The email contains a series of links that allow the supplier to update the status of the request and add details such as confirmation numbers and driver information. The information updated by the supplier will be synchronized from FlightBridge to FBO One to update the service status and confirmation details.
During the setup process, FlightBridge will work with the FBO to set up the suppliers.
Once FlightBridge confirms that the suppliers have been set up on their end, FBO One support will activate the new FlightBridge products in FBO One. At that point, 3rd party services can be ordered via the FlightBridge link.
