Prerequisites:

The Password Recovery setting must be enabled. (See AllowForgottenPasswordRecovery)

The User account must have the recovery email address set in the user profile settings.
How to Recover a User Password

At your FBO Login screen, select the 'Forgot password' link.

Only the following screen, enter your username and the recovery email address. If set, this will most likely be your registered company email address.

If you get the following message, you have entered the wrong email address OR the recovery email is not set. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.

If successful, you will see the following message.

Select the link in the email similar to the one below

The following page will open. Enter a new strong password and select 'RESET PASSWORD'.

If the password validations are successful, the following message will appear. Select 'Return To Login' to access the systems using your new password.

The following email will be sent confirming the change.
