Login Security:

FBO One blocks the IP-address and username combination after 5* consecutive failed login attempts.
- The system will automatically unlock after a period of 1hour.

The User is presented with the following warning:
To Unlock the Users Account:
The locked out user can/should provide the you with the account user and IP address (skip to point 3). If this is not the case it can be obtained via the Security Audit report

Run the Security Audit report (ReportsInteractive Reports"Security Audit").

Take note of the information for the failed user attempt.

Enter this information into the 'Unlock User' screen. Make sure to enter the username and IP-address exactly the way it is displayed in the report (or use copy/paste) and click 'OK'.

The User should then be able to login using the correct credentials.
If required a new temporary password can be set in the User password field as shown below.
*To decrease the number of allowed failed login attempts, you can edit the "MaxConsecutiveFailedLoginAttempts". Search the Help Centre for more information.
