Introduction

The Administration - Authorizations screen contains all the commands that can be authorized. The last column displays which roles are currently assigned for the related command.

For example, the roles ACC, ADMIN, MGT, NA, OPS, POWER, and SYSTEM all have access to the Aircraft registration details.

Use this link to easily see which commands need to be configured for each page or link.

• The required permissions will be displayed on top of each page and as a tooltip on each link
• The transition information will be shown for workflow transition pages.

Adding authorizations to roles

By selecting the 'edit below' link, the detailed list of authorizations are displayed. Here you can see that OPS for example is not allowed to delete aircraft registrations.

Select the 'Add new' button to add access to a role.
